2. How can I know the shipping cost of the product?  
A:When checking out we can choose the shipping methods, then we can found the corresponding shipping cost.

3. Can you make an invoice according to the customer's requirements?
A: Yes, we usually make shipping invoices as customer's requests, such as goods description, goods value, quantity, etc.

4. If I placed an order on VANSLON, payment has been confirmed, but I just forgot 2 items, how should I do?
You can contact our sales and tell him/her the additional items, he/she will make a PI for you. After receiving your payment, we will arrange it and ship the goods out together.

5. What can I do if some products I ordered are out of stock?
VANSLON will try to keep all products in stock. However, some certain products can’t be guaranteed because there are not plenty of goods on our market, products prices aren't stable or etc.
If the product is out of stock, our sales will inform you via email promptly. You can choose to wait for it, apply for a refund, change similar products or add balance used in your next order. Please note that if you wait for the product, it may take a longer time to deliver the goods to you.

6. How can I track my order?
Two ways are available for you to track your order:
Once your goods are sent out, we will inform you of the tracking number in time by email or other ways.
